The Kingfish Foundation, Inc. is under dissolution.
All remaining funds will be used to donate a defibrillator to a Southern Maryland Rugby organization.
It is with dignity we report what we have done for the community, and it is with sadness but understanding that we dissolve.
To remember our lost friend, please feel free to donate to the American Heart Association for futher research and awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
